Responsible Gaming
GENERAL
Gambling online is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. For some, the line between entertainment and unhealthy behavior can blur. That’s why it’s important, before you begin playing, to understand that gambling is not a way to make money or solve financial problems. Being mindful of how much time and money you spend each day can make a big difference.
At our platform, we’re dedicated to offering a safe and responsible environment for everyone. In line with the standards set by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under the LOK framework, we provide features that support responsible play—like setting personal limits, taking breaks through self-exclusion, and connecting with independent support services when needed.
If you ever feel that gambling is starting to affect your life, whether financially or emotionally, don’t ignore it. The tools are here to help, and there’s no shame in reaching out for support. Your well-being comes first.
PERSONAL LIMITS
To help you maintain control over your gambling, we provide personal limits features. This allows you to manage how much you deposit, wager, lose, or spend—whether it's per game or across your account as a whole. You can also set broader limits, such as taking a Cooling-Off break or choosing Self-Exclusion.
You can update your limits at any time. If you decide to lower a limit, the change takes effect right away. However, increasing a limit will only be processed after you confirm it via email and once the current limit has expired—this is to help prevent impulsive decisions. If you need any guidance or assistance with setting your limits, our support team is here to help. Reach out to us at [email protected], through live chat, or by using the contact form on our site.
Players have the option to set the following limits to control their behaviour:
Deposit Limits: Players can set limits on the amount they deposit into their accounts within a specified period (daily, weekly, or monthly).
Wagering Limits: Players may also set limits on the amount they are willing to wager. Please note, that wagering limits do not apply to sports betting.
Loss Limits: Players can establish limits on the total amount they are willing to lose within a specified period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once the set limit is reached, further gambling activity will be restricted until the next period begins.
Session Time Limits: Players can set a limit on the amount of time they wish to spend on gambling activities during each session. Once the limit is reached the player will be reminded that the Session time limit is reached with the pop up.
Cooling-Off Limit. You can set a Cooling-Off Period for a definite period of time. While the limit is active you cannot deposit to the Casino and you will be excluded from all promotional offers, although you may withdraw the remaining funds during this period. Cooling-Off period is applied to your account immediately.
Self-Exclusion Limit. You can set a Self-Exclusion Limit for a definite period of time. Upon doing so your Player Account will immediately be disabled and you will be excluded from all promotional offers for the set period. You will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds when the limit is active. However, we still can process your withdrawal manually upon your request. Please note that all KYC procedures shall be done prior to withdrawal.
